The bike arrived In a box well packaged will several boxes 1 with tools 1 with the accessories extra lights spoke reflectors bell etca box for the charging unit .
I fitted the pedals straightened the steering and it was ready to ride
.the bike is fairly heavy But smooth to ride seamles gear change .
The power was instant
New to this bike . Looks great rides well . Just hope the app gets sorted for the uk
