Product Safety Recall
Important Safety Notice
26th October 2022
We, Modmo Technologies Limited ("Modmo"), are carrying out a voluntary recall of the Saigon, Saigon+ and Saigon S electric bikes. The safety concern identified is a risk that the battery lock cap on the bike may disengage while in use and cause the battery unit to drop out. This in turn may pose a falling hazard for users.
This voluntary recall affects all bikes which were sold to customers in Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, UK and Sweden primarily from 3rd May 2021 to 25th August 2022.
