Weekly Update: July 22th
Hey guys,
We are back with another weekly update. Given that most of the Saigon is under production and we aren’t making significant changes on a weekly basis, we will start updating you guys on some of the finer parts of our production process and more of a behind-the-scenes look of what we’re working on here at MODMO. So, let’s go ahead and begin our Weekly Update…
Modmo Design
One of my favorite parts of working with MODMO, is the daily design and innovation that takes place in nearly all phases of our Production. A great example of this being, our engineers are currently designing our very own Optical Lens for our Front Light, to ensure optimal brightness and directionality. More to come on all of this as we start bringing you guys behind the scenes soon.
SAIGON Front Light
Regarding the Front Light, please note the Front Light you’ve seen in some recent content we’ve published is not our final product. This is simply a prototype which is still under development and rest assured the final product with will be seamless and clean like all of our components on the Saigon. We’ll continue updating you as this progresses toward our final prototype.
Fine-Tuning the SAIGON
Another point of focus right now, is on our Electrical Systems, writing the code for our Lighting as well as the Charging Animation, and optimizing our Battery and Motor Performance. While this isn’t the most glamorous parts of our production to put on camera, it is absolutely essential in producing the Saigon exactly how we envision it for you!
Ok guys, if any of you missed it, we published a video with Jack providing a full walkthrough of the latest Saigon prototype, in addition to our 1st video with the Saigon in action… which you can find on our Website, Facebook, and Youtube. Wir sind zurück mit einem weiteren wöchentlichen Update. Da der größte Teil des Saigons in Produktion ist und wir keine signifikanten Änderungen auf wöchentlicher Basis vornehmen, werden wir damit beginnen, euch über einige Teile unseres Produktionsprozesses detailierter auf dem Laufenden zu halten. Werft einen Blick hinter die Kulissen, und erfahrt an was wir hier bei MODMO arbeiten. Also lasst uns loslegen und mit unserem wöchentlichen Update beginnen...
MODMO Design
Einer meiner Lieblingsbereiche bei der Arbeit mit MODMO ist das tägliche Design und die Innovation, die in fast allen Phasen unserer Produktion stattfindet. Ein großartiges Beispiel dafür ist, dass unsere Ingenieure derzeit dabei sind unsere eigene optische Linse für unser Frontlicht zu entwerfen, um eine optimale Helligkeit und Bündelung zu gewährleisten. Mehr zu all dem kommt noch, wenn ihr bald einen Blick hinter die Kulissen werfen könnt.
Saigon Frontlicht
Bitte beachtet, dass das Frontlicht, das ihr eventuell bereits gesehen habt, nicht unser Endprodukt ist. Dies ist nur ein Prototyp, der sich noch in der Entwicklung befindet und ihr könnt euch sicher sein, dass das Endprodukt nahtlos und sauber, wie alle unsere Komponenten, sein wird. Wir werden euch weiterhin auf dem Laufenden halten, wenn der Prozess weiter voran geschritten ist
Fine-Tuning des SAIGON
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt im Moment auf unseren elektrischen Systemen, dem Schreiben des Codes für unsere Beleuchtung und der Auflade-Animation sowie der Optimierung unserer Batterie- und Motorleistung. Auch wenn dies nicht der glamouröseste Teil unserer Produktion ist, den wir vor die Kamera bringen, so ist er doch absolut notwendig, um das Saigon genauso zu produzieren, wie wir es uns für euch vorstellen!
