Connecting to your app
In general, connecting to the app is simple, but if you’re having trouble we’ve put together a step-by-step for you.
1Download the MODMO app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
2Create an account in-app. This doesn’t need to be associated with the email you used to purchase your bike but it may be helpful if it is, should you need to contact support in the future.
3Once your account is created you will be prompted to scan the QR code located under the handlebar. Please make sure you’re in a well lit area or have the flash turned on on your mobile device.
4If for some reason the QR code can’t be scanned you may instead need to manually input the code located just under the QR code.
5If you’re still experiencing issues, please contact [email protected] and we will be able to direct your query.
If you want to change the pairing of your bike to another phone you will need to contact [email protected]. This is for security reasons in the unfortunate event that your bike is ever lost or stolen.
